Choose your lawyer carefully Attorney Daniel Gilleon’s Law Firm partner, Mitchell was SUSPENDED from practice of law on Oct 26, 2013 for FAILURE to perform legal services and incompetence. He was also suspended for failure to pay court fees as ordered by the judge. Per Case # 11-0-16372 of the California State Bar. In a recent case, Daniel M. Gilleon was sanctioned by court for inadequate representation of his client and was ordered to pay some $3900.00 in sanctions and was reported to the State Bar.

Forced to resign from Little League team. San Diego Union reports that:

“In the small world of the Del Mar Little League, Gilleon has the mark of Cain branded on his baseball cap. In a popular word, he was punk’d. Is Gilleon a bad coach, a poor role model for using a negative word in the positive universe of Little League? Maybe.”

Appeared in court and was not prepred and caused his client to suffer @$11,000.00 judgement. The judge ordered sanctions against Daniel Gilleon.
