I find it unethical and disturbing that someone can post a false report and attempt to tarnish someone’s reputation. I would like to set the record straight.

In response to the comment here are the facts:

The gentleman posting the comment told me he was a buyer of fuel. On the basis of his statement and his assurance that he was an actual 'buyer of fuel' and could pay for the fuel l attempted to source it at a good price and quantity.

During the course of negotiations it became patently clear that Mr. Johnson was not a buyer of fuel but an inexperienced broker.

I was direct with this man and clearly told him this was misrepresentation and the deal was off the table.

Let’s look at this issue a little deeper:

Mr. Johnson’s inital complaint is that I assured him a deal was in the works.  A legitimate fuel deal will always be in the works until it is finalized and a buyer pays. It will not be in the works if I am lied to or misled and a person cannot pay for the fuel.

Mr. Johnson’s next complaint is that I was disrespectful.  I was open and direct for having dealt with a man who wasted my valuable time and who misrepresented himself. Neither will I tolerate unreasonable demands and abuse. I stood my ground. 

Mr. Johnson’s next complaint is that my company Central Energy is a non-performer. There is no proof to his statement? It is baseless. It is a lie.

Judge the facts for yourself:

Mr. Johnson's comment is not based on reality, it is nothing more than a grievance from a broker. 

I have served in the fuel industry for over 30 years. I have performed successfully and I am willing to work with legitimate buyers and sellers of fuel who are respectful, honest, and will meet their requirements to close a fuel deal. 

The days have long gone when a man’s word was his bond, or a man shook hands and honored his word on a deal. I wish it were not so.
