On July 18th early in the morning I brought my 2010 Audi A5 int Dannys Family Car Wash on 315 W Bell road Phoenix, Az. to have my vehicle washed. When my vehicle was called for pick up I noticed my vehicle had rim damage. The attendant directed me to a gentle men named Rich who took photos of the damage and took notes that he said he would fax to his corporate office. Rich informed me he was not sure how I would have received this damage and asked if I was sure it was not there when i cam in. He gave me their number and told me to call them if they did not contact me in a week. I called on July 25th at 9am and spoke with Tiffany she said they did not have any information that matched my incident but would file a new form and have the General Manager contact me that week. I never received that call. August 1st at 9am I called once again and spoke with Tiffany. I let her know who I was and the reason for the call and that we had spoke last week. I let her know I never received a call regarding my vehicle and was curious if anyone was available now. She told me no but she would have him call me in the afternoon. I checked my phone at the end of the day and I had no phone messages. On Aug 8th at 8am I call once more and spoke to Tiffany once more. She said the manager was not available and he would call me this time. At 9:10 I had a missed call I. I dialed the number and told the person on the line who I was and the person identified themselves as Edward the General Manager of Danny's. Edward said he was familar with my claim and was denying it. I asked Edward if we could talk about the situation as that would make sense instead of just flat denying the claim. Edward said you cant prove it happened and his associate said he did not know how it happened. Edward was unreasonable and would not even listen to me. I asked if I could speak to anyone else he said no and soon hung up on me. I think the treatment I recieved deserved at least to heard and understood. I am unfimaliar with any establishment, or any manager of a credible establishment, that would respond so defensivly and irrationally to some wiht a legitmate incident complaint. The level of treatment was rude, inflexable and abrupt. There was no responsibllity or willing ness to understand no empathy noothing. I would never recommend any one to deal with a company that does not take ownership for incidents that arise or at least open to talk. I wih I would have read the reviews of this company before I decided to visit thier location as this was my first time to visit. I will not visit again.
