Darlene pennock was a horrible landlord. I rented form her and all she did was try and rip us off. she rented us a house with a broken fridge and told us it was our responsibility to provide a new fridge we had to complain over and over to get a new one brought out but she was gonna make us wait a week.

The lease said water was included in the rent then she didnt pay the bill it racked up to 800 and she told us we had to pay it. she changed the lease halfway through our contract and took water off the lease. then tried to make us pay her landlord dues. she would show up late at night without notice.

 And she also told us she could let herslef into the house if we were not home because it is her house and she could do whatever she wants. we would have to bring her reciepts cause she would say we didnt pay but we did. we get paid every two weeks and would split the rent and she knew this.

 Our water heater went out and it took them twice to come fix it when they said it was fixed the first time. Our lease was up and we asked her to do a month to month til we could find somewhere else and she forced  us to sign a new lease said if we didnt sign it we had to move out right now.

she would call and call over and over for money when we told her assistant that we could'nt afford to live there anymore she sent us a letter that said if we could'nt afford to rent we had to leave right away. Do not rent from Darlene Pennock she will rip you off. I have two kids and she didnt care about any of us as a landlord just the money we provided her. we could'nt even afford food cause she was ripping us off so much.
