Darren Baysinger and Joe Titone Attorney are being sued and pursued by Plaintiffs who are trying to find them in South Florida. They are avoiding service and hiding their assets. The Florida Bar is monitoring Titone's actions along with his brother Anthony who is culpable in his unethical actions.
Baysinger is being sued in at least 3 current lawsuits and Titone is being sued along with him in one by a widow whose bank accounts were cleaned out by Titone and Batsinger. His partner Ernesto Liebster took his life in Sept of 2010 after discovering they wiped him out of his stock and took the proceeds of his warehouse in Miami Lakes. These 2 scumbags deserve to go straight to jail for these deeds
Titone who is Adam Sandler's father in law is of the slimmest kind of attorney that crawled out of a New Jersey swamp some 66 years ago and landed in South Florida. If you know their where about pls contact Mike Reppas, attorney in Miami who is pursuing them for service of a 6 count lawsuit.
