Dart transit treats o/o with disrespect. They pay o/o the same pay rate as the company drivers, however we have to pay our own taxes and health care. Company drivers in the northeast short haul division pay rate is the exact same as a o/o. They refuse to give a driver more than one load per day. Recruiting claims you will make more than a company driver. It is a scam to get you to pay for Dart's truck. I have been with Dart for 1 1/2 years and am making the same pay that I did as a company driver. This is a company I can not and will not recuit for.

One load per day if that's all you demonstrate that's all you can. Handle!!!! All drivers say they know how to roll!!! I worked there 10 years and only had a few Problems!!Talked it out!!!! Some drivers don't like to be in touch with the one that is correct!!! They should not have come aboard!!!! Driver told me in Lancaster He was turning down a 1500 mi load, because he was at the casino. All night!!! Dart transit's fault!!!!!! They run a great organization giving driver great opportunity no money's down ! Brand new truck!!!!
