Darwin Alpha is the official "Regulator" for some boiler room scams based in Bangkok. I am sure that must of you are familiar with Paul Richard Bell and John Guchone (SOM-ALV Group) based in Bangkok. Mr. Darrell Greco director of Darwin Alpha Ltd (Malta) is an associate of John Guchone and Paul Richard Bell in Bangkok. Guchone-Bell and Greco worked together in the Philipines and found each other again to scam more people (2012-2013).
I invite everyone on this blog to google and find the connection between all the above. SOM and Greenworld (old scams) of Bell and associates. Darwin Alpha ltd, Amplius, Aberdeen and Pegasus (new scams). Greco managed to keep a low profile for a long time offering to be a regulated facilitator for third party scammers in Bangkok.
The City of London Police and the Malta financial authorities are not doing their job, therefore these white collar criminals are free to operate in Malta and expecially in Bangkok.

Guardian Securities Ltd. was a licensed entity in Malta. I resigned from the company when I realized the owners of the company were doing trades behind my back. I reported this to the regulators. You will be part of the case. Your alias will not protect you. I believe you haven't done your homework as to what is happening to people who file false claims. I can and will prove everything I say. I think you should look up the RICO Act. It allows for punitive damages and I will being coming after you and this website if this is not removed. Why are you using an alias?

Allow me to remind you that your co-director Mr. Dario Zaccagnini has worked for another boiler room in Malta according to its LinkedIn profile (Guardian Securities Ltd) prior to join Darwin Alpha Ltd.
You are making a false statement by saying that you have no connection with Richard Bell and John Guchone in Bangkok.
For your information, you are currently under investigation (Private), and the phone records (evidence) are already showing that you are connected to the above named individuals, therefore I would advise you to exercise caution when you make written statements on this website.
You seem to be adamant about taking legal action against this website to intimidate them hoping that this post will be taken down! But it will backfire on you as I will be happy to give this website the evidence they need to prove that you are connected to Bell and Guchone and believe me the RICO will not save you.
Anyone with time in their hands (visit: Trade2win) can find out your connection with aberdeenlimited.com in Bangkok as you did register a domain for them in the past, and you worked with Guardian Securities Ltd (Boiler-Room).
I understand you are upset about becoming famous, as you have displayed a high level of emotion in your reply to my post. But you should be exposed with Guchone and Bell and face the consequences for helping unlicensed entities selling stock scams.
Anyway as you pointed out, I will be very happy to follow the case in the coming months!

Every allegation posted here regarding Darrell Greco and Darwin Alpha Ltd. are patently false and will be proven false. I will be filing a Rico Lawsuit against this website shortly.
Let me state the following.
Darwin Alpha Ltd. is a licensed investment advisory in Malta. It has not commenced business as of this date as it only was granted a license in late February 2013.
Darwin Alpha Ltd. is not a Regulator. It is Licensed as an Investment Advisory.
Darwin Alpha Ltd. has not hired any employees other than a local compliance officer in Malta.
Darwin Alpha Ltd. has never recommended an investment ever up to this entry.
Darwin Alpha Ltd. has no relationship with any persons or company in Bangkok, the Philipines or for that matter anywhere.
Darwin Alpha has no relationship with John Guchone or Paul Richard Bell.
Darwin Alpha Ltd's website has not yet been completed as of this entry as the company has not begun operations.
Darrell Greco has never been to the Philipines, Bangkok or the Far East.
Darrell Greco has never recommended, bought or sold an investment in SOM-ALV Group, Greenworld, Pegasus or Aberdeen.
Darrell Greco has never worked in the Philipines with John Guchone and Paul Richard Bell.
Darrell Greco has not been Low Profile. Darrell Greco registered his company Darwin Alpha and himself as a Director and Beneficial Owner of this company 16 months ago and was recently licensed in Malta as an Investment Advisory.
Prior to that Greco was a registered and Licensed Advisor in Malta for 2 years.
Darrell Greco has a Linkedin page which states his position with Darwin Alpha Ltd. in Malta.
Darrell Greco and Darwin Alpha Ltd. will be referring this matter to their attorney and will join the list of companies and individuals who have current RICO Lawsuits pending against this website and its owner who allow unknown disgruntled individuals to post these libelous assertions.
