Dating in Charlotte ripped me off for $4,000 in September of 2014.
Before I signed the contract I insited on a written disclaimer that was signed by the Director. The disclaimer said in effect that if I did not experience success with their service that I would receive at least a partial refund.
I did not have any success with this dating service. I began trying to contact them in May of 2015. It was at this time that I found that the company had gone out of business. My ketter was returned and the phone had been disconnected.
I checked with the Better Business Bureau of SC and found that questions were to go to "Peskypol LLC" in Charlotte NC.
I will now try to chase this issue through them although I see on the internet that Peskypol is apparently a sketchy firm at best.
