DatingPsychos.com Brian Fitzgerald, also accomplice is an email at :jeremy@logiksoftware.com and someone using the name Jeremy Johnson I am wondering if logiksoftware.com is hosting this DatingPsychos.com website or Posting lies, slander, and malicious content thru www.DatingPsychos.com and extorting money from consumers to have post removed Houston, Texas

Brian Fitzgerald owns the website www.DatingPsychos.com and has been apart of trying to extort money in the name of domestic violence, as well as directly ruining the reputation of 1000's of innocent people who have had false post put up about their personal character, and those posts have caused damage to 100's of people in:  Lost job opportunities, being fired from a job, and countless other negative consequences.   Brian Fitzgerald may NOT even be this person's real name, and an alter ego.   He tries to post reponses on the internet that he does not own DatingPsychos.com, and infact Jeremy Johnson and Brian Fitzgerald could be the same person, or even 2 false identities, we are not sure, but the investigation has only begun since Logiksoftware.com and BlueHost.com have been added to this lawsuit.   Upon a discovery from those companies, we'll know the real name of one "Brian Fitzgerald" or "Jeremy Johnson".  

I also was a victim of this "Brian Fitzgerald" character after bumping into him on Flippa.com   I can tell you that after having a few email exchanges, he seems to me to be about 12 - 16 years old.  So do not be surprised if we are dealing with a kid, who has no concept what posts online can really do to an adult's reputation, or how it can cause someone to lose a job, and what that means.   However, it doesn't matter, because we are going after the software company, website developer, and host company.    They are as culpable as this kid, or whoever "Brian Fitzgerald" or "Jeremy Johnson" are.

In emails to victims, both "Brian Fitzgerald" and "Jeremy Johnson" says to contact "Pat" over at DatingPsychos.com and "Pat" will remove your information on the site.  That's a lie.  It's Brian Fitzgerald and they want $25 to remove a false, domestic violence or stalking POST about you.  You can find this criminal at www.BrianFitzgerald.org    Do not be fooled if you see him posting on the internet to contact this website if you are interested in being apart of a class action lawsuit against him.  I have seen where he posts as a victim, and says to send an email to join a lawsuit at www.BrianFitzgerald.org   But what is doing is diverting 100's if not 1000's of people to www.BrianFitzgerald.org in an attempt to get you to pursue contacting him about a class action and then you never get anywhere, and run out of steam and drop the whole thing.   

He also owns a website called:  www.DrinkFairy.com,  and is somehow working with Jeremy Johnson of Logiksoftware.com  www.Logiksoftware.com and Jeremy's email is:  jeremy@logiksoftware.com
cc: support@logiksoftware.com    IT's important to not only expose Brian Fitzgerald (email:  fitzkie@gmail.com) but to also expose the company helping Brian Fitzgerald wreak havoc on unsuspecting victims.  Jeremy Johnson provides the software, website, SEO work to get high results for the posts on DatingPsychos.com and overall, Jeremy Johnson is as culpable and guilty as Brian Fitzgerald.   www.Logiksoftware.com is also as guilty and as culpable as Brian Fitzgerald because without Jeremy Johnson and Logiksoftware.com , Brian Fitzgerald would NOT be able to successfully cause all this trouble by himself.   They are in the Houston, TX area and also in California someplace, and it's only a matter of time until someone catches them.

They are trying to fly under the radar of "protected free speech" on the internet and it is VERY EXPENSIVE to litigate and take this thru appeals and thru so many hoops to actually get a satisfactory ruling , and eventually, they'll get a fine.  They'll have RUINED the reputation of a lot of good people and have to pay a little money, or even a lot of money, but will file bankruptcy protection, and run and hide, and no money to collect.   That's why no attorney is touching this case................ until now.  Because www.Logiksoftware.com has deeper pockets than low life Brian Fitzgerald, who is a loser with  nothing, and attorneys want to go after what will get them paid.   There is also BlueHost.com that is "hosting" the website that did NOT remove the website after a cease and desist, so not BlueHost.com www.BlueHost.com is being added to the lawsuit..........and attorneys are salivating because BlueHost.com has even deeper pockets than www.Logiksoftware.com 

There are 1000's of people that have sent in $25 and their information was NEVER removed.  But this is heating up now, and has some attorneys with a track record of winning.  

In addition there is a federal "consumer fraud" statute that Brian Fitzgerald, and Jeremy Johnson (if he is even a real person) will be charged and tried under that could get them jail time, and extra fines on top of the civil case.
