Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
This fella had all the ID and references needed to rent my furnished apartment. He's clean cut and charming enough to be a Minister or Clergyman...60-ish, with the right answers for everything.
He paid the security deposit and 1st months rent with two NSF cheques. Upon investigating much deeper I found that his references and ID were all a fraud. He's connected with the Spirit of America Coach Line scam in Florida, Gator Air scam in Florida, and a mortgage company in California.
This guy is bad news.

I neglected to mention that at present, he's operating under "Coast Hospitality Consultants" in the Greater Vancouver Area of BC...however when you google his phone contacts, you'll see the numbers belong to individuals in California,....as well,... he has a web address for a company called innvest.com. The numbers for that site don't add up either. Most of them refer to him as either CEO or President and CEO or his name is followed by CHA, DMATP
Did I mention that this caucasian fellow has white hair, apprx 165lbs and is around 60 years old?
Hope this saves someone else from getting swindled!
