I called by David Cooper that told me I qualify for $200,00 Loan.  Checks were put in my bank that were not good. one phone number he gave me was 206-201-2299 and later changed to 619-378-4760 and is disconnected.  A guy that was suppose to be Eric a manager of cashnet got on the phone about the loan.  I was told by David Cooper that my bank account would be taken care of and the loan amount would be put back into the account.  Never happened and my accound in the rd 1,500.00.
