he rigged a case before he got on the federal bench i was told

look at his older cases with bayless , williomson

look at bayless case with crabtree in OKC

when i was doing research on hittner, i found a case that a motion
for bail in
front of hittner, was never ruled on. the man died in jail, it is
similar to
this case

hittner was involved with a bankruptsy ring before he was on the
federal bench
in my view

rumor is someone gave someone 250,000$ for that seat on the
federal bench. but i
could never find evidence of that

if you see hittner say high . ask him when the last time he got up
and ran out
of his court . tell him i was the guy laughing out loud when he
was running for
the door

be carefull with these guys in houston , i am in Canada a long
ways from houston

ask Kent Shaffer about this stuff and did he suggest in the
newspapers that
hittner was a slum lord
