It's ironic how everyone must pay the $685 up front to get process moving and then an additional $10,000 for completion. Does every product cost the same to make? How is this company still in business? Where are the watchdogs?
I sought legal counsel and have done as much research as possible. One intersting fact I found was The American Investors Protection Act of 1999, which requires companies like Davison to disclose the results of past products. I received a hand-made satisfaction report from only the year 2000, which does not meet the requirement, but there seems to be no law suit with substantial backing.
Regardless, I feel we need to work together to either get our money back or shut the company down. They claim to have several affiliations with local watchdogs. The list can be found on the davison54.com website under site map, affiliations. There we can make reports against the firm. by using the rebuttal box below and use the power in numbers philosophy.
