Stupidly I trusted the Dazzle White company's ad to be legit.  What I fool I was.

I ordered this crap product based on its trial offer of $4.95.  Did not see the arm length policy that came with it and trusted it would be a one shot deal unless I actually liked the product.  Oh how wrong I was.  I ordered the product on August 18, 2009 and received it in the mail a week later.  Tried it for about 8 days and saw ZERO results and it made my teeth sensitive.  Stopped using it and due to other more important things in life totally forgot about it until I looked at my checking account online and discovered a charge on Sept 10th for $79.28 along with a "International fee" of $.63.  I almost had a heart attack!

I searched for the trial offer receipt I had in my e-mail and looked for some direction. I did find a customer service number that was attached for "any questions". When I called I was told I was supposed to call to cancel the order.  Not that the receipt I received ever mentioned that fact anywhere on it.  I ever recall looking at the paperwork when I first received it and nowhere on it did it say you had to call to cancel. Again, dummy me.  So I did cancel and was told I could send the product back for a refund.  It is in the mail as we speak.  Unfortunately I do not have the packaging the product came in anymore so I am sure they will not give me a refund.

In the meantime I have been charged 2 more times for other stuff I never received or even realized I ordered.  Sept 13th I was charged $6.21 ($.05 fee) for something called Insider Secret Tips - was told it came in my e-mail.  I do not recall ever seeing it and most likely it went directly to spam.  Had to call Dazzle junk and they gave me a separate number to call to cancel that so-called "membership".  Today I went to check my account and here we go again. This time it was for $8.53 (plus $.07 fee) under something called kitaccess ???  Called the Dazzel theives again and was given 2 differerent numbers to call a place called Comprehensive Weight loss.  I know I never received anything from this place so what the heck are they charging me for ?  The Dazzle service rep said that when you order the trial product you supposedly click on these things to receive them.  Whatever.  So I had to call 2 seperate numbers to cancel whatever this is and don't you know I spoke to the same woman twice !  Rachel - I know you answered both lines !  What a total scam - especially when the first thing they tell you is they have gone ahead and cancelled your membership - even before I asked anything !

OMG - I feel like a total idiot.  I asked Dazzle if there was anything else I need to do or call to cancel anything else.  He claimed that was it.  I am thinking of cancelling my debit card to make sure I do not receive any more fraudulent charges.  This is the best scam out.  Beware !!!

Pristine Health a scam

AUTHOR: Janet - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, December 02, 2009

I also ordered the tooth whitener and nowhere did it say that I would be charged monthly except in the material that came with the order. I cancelled on the phone and sent the item back canceling it in writing as well. Then I was charged 87.62 on my credit card. I also will  be canceling my card and making a report to The Attorney Generals office. This is a scam!!
