The company advertises on the Internet an introductory offer for their teeth whitening products for which there is a "nominal" $2.95 charge for S&H to send the products to the purchaser.  In order to pay for the S&H charges, the company insists on the use of a credit card; this transaction was done by Internet and phone.

After the transaction was completed I was contacted by phone to sign up for the biweekly service which consists of them supposedly mailing to me every two weeks the teeth whitening products.  I said to the customer representative that I did not want that "service" and repeated to that person that I was only purchasing the "trial offer" at the price stated.  I said that if I became satisfied with the product, only then would I consider the biweekly service and could easily contact them to start that service.

Nevertheless, the company has charged my credit card for three shipments of the products without ever having shipped me anything other than the trial sample!

In my lexicon that is fraud!  Charging someone for something and never delivering the goods is a easy, non-threatening form of Grand Larceny!  I am seriously considering contacting Federal authorities against this company because their business procedures use Interstate commerce to make their transactions, which should make the Larceny a Federal crime!
