This gentleman was clear on all terms and signed a purchase agreement for the puppy that he purchased. He knew not only from the advertisement listing the puppy that clearly stated his age and date of birth that he was almost 10 months old but also was told several times over the phone that he had been shaved down so there was no surprise when the puppy arrived and he replied it was okay, the hair would grow back.

In addition the purchase agreement that he signed and returned to me clearly shows an updated picture and date of birth of the puppy right on the front page and mention of his age is all over the purchase agreement. The picture that he is showing is that of the same puppy when he was 14 weeks old and it clearly said that in a caption under the picture in his advertisement.

Additionally, I have no idea what he is talking about when saying that we sent him a sick puppy because the puppy was examined by our veterinarian just the day before being shipped in order to obtain a health certificate and found to be in perfect health. He is a sweet, happy-go-lucky, active 10 month old (in 3 days) and beautiful Tibetan Terrier with an awesome pedigree.

Finally, as per our signed purchase agreement, when told that he wanted to send the puppy back we immediately offered him a replacement puppy and told him he could either take the 16 week old girl we have available now or could wait for another puppy when one becomes available.

Oh, and by the way, that little thing about supposedly being at a dog show and supposedly winning at it. Well, first off he was suppose to drive down and meet us at one of them to pick the puppy up and chose to just have him shipped instead and secondly, I most certainly was at and did win at those shows and have the New Champion picture to proof it....
