DCF Department of Children Families Daytona Beach falsifying documents, kidnapping, threats, harassment, stalking, civil rights violations, attack on the disabled Daytona Beach Florida

The author being female and disabled isn't what makes DCF corrupt. Daytona Beach DCF will manipulate, falsify, and lie in there reports and will lie to your face as well regardless if your disabled, male, or female. But, DCF does specifically target individuals with lower income that can't afford a private attorney. DCF knows that if your legally disabled, then there is a high chance that your income levels will be low enough where you're unable to hire your own private attorney to protect your rights and children.

I have personally witnessed the lies and corruption from this department of DCF, and heard of many more from friends as well as through hearings at the court house. What they give you as an answer all depends on there end game. If you don't have a private lawyer, there is a good chance DCF will manipulate all stories and make up lies. DCF tried to put me through the ringer, said things that my child's therapist never said, all in an attempt to take my child from me. As soon as I hired an attorney, DCF's attitude did a complete 180° turn, as I was no longer considered an easy target. They now went after the other parent that didn't have a lawyer, and made up lies about that parent. DCF gets funding for every child they take and does not care who they lie to or hurt in the process.

DCF has given me an answer to a question but has then given a completely different answer once there was a lawyer involved. Anyone who believes that CPS is trained in their profession and that they would not lie is sadly mistaken and has obviously never had to deal with a DCF complaint against them. The workers have huge case loads and just want to get through them as fast as possible.

Thankfully due to the hard work of my attorney DCF didn't end up taking my child, although they tried very hard to do so through manipulation, lies, and falsification of many reports. I  know that my child would have been taken from me if I didn't have a lawyer.

To the author, if you haven't already done so and if you are still fighting, seek out a private attorney to represent you ASAP. A friend of mine just lost all visitation rights to their child this morning to the other abusive sociopath parent! Oh how my stomach turned inside out. When DCF argued that the parent failed a lie detector test, there was a sherif in the court room that said... no that's wrong, passed lie detector with flying colors! DCF will make up a dozen lies and hope that at least one of them will convince a judge to pull the child. DCF makes me sick! My friend wasn't even informed of the allegations being accused of until this morning at the court house! Meanwhile DCF had all the time needed to create a case of false allegations while the parent had no time at all to prepare a defense. I didn't think that was legal, but DCF obviously gets away with it and probably mostly in part because my friend didn't have a private attorney. I'll gladly give anyone more specific details if you'd like to know more.

Most of these actions are felonies and the perpetrators can be incarcerated for MANY years.  You DO have proof that they've done all this, don't you.

After reading numerous reports on this site involving MANY CPS/DCF agencies in most states, I find it odd that most of them are alleged to operate in the same manner, but they just do it with impunity.  Really strange, isn't it?

What are the reasons they gave you and the court for the actions they took. Will you post them, truthfully on here?

What does "disabled" and "female" have to do with anything? Are you claiming they ONLY do this to them or are you wanting special treatment for it?  If they ONLY do this to that class of people and you can prove it, it's another serious violation of law.
