Ordered solar water heater over 3 months ago-was told coud take that long to deliver .ok. When item had still not arrived was told could take an extra 4 weeks to deliver and was also offered a pathetic bribe of $40 to appease me. Then after another 2 weeks was informed a)goods will NOT be delivered and b) I will NOT receive a refund at all. Just to add insult to injury was informed i may claim refund thru paypal buyer protection, but this u can only do up to 45 days afer purchase which has already expired. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE RIP OFF SCAMMERS
