I recently won and also purchased items on DealDash.com...I have not received numerous gift cards that I either won used buy it now, that says were shipped and should be received by the 4th of November....I have received some items that were not due to arrive as of yet. However, I have emailed them 4 times on each item. For a total of 20 emails....I also emailed them because they hit my paypal acct twice for the same $96.00 item....They responded to that email, saying they always refund money if someone was double charged...but it would take some time..What kind of response is that? It will take some time? Why would that be? It doesn't take time for them to take the money. I mentioned in that email that I am owed at least 5 gift cards that have not arrived. They said to email them the info...I did so immediately but have received no response bac.
What is the problem? They say the items have been shipped and should be received by the 4th of November and if not, to contact them...I have done that over and over, and have had no return messages. I just want the items I purchased and won sent to me ASAP. I would think a customer service rep would want to respond before a customer gets so aggravated they reach out to places lie this for assistance. This could be a great auction site/experience but their lack of concern for their customers is annoying. I have won a ton of stuff that isn't due to arrive yet, according to their due dates, I am wondering if they will all arrive in time for Xmas, as that is what I was doing this for.
