i ahve won/purshed many items from this company, dealdash.i did recieve three of the items but still have several more i should have recieved. i have tried to contact them several times,and never recieved a response.

I'm sorry to hear that you're still waiting on some items. DealDash ships over 150,000 products every year, and many of our customers are thrilled with the great bargains they get through our service.

We're a little backed up during the holidays, just like many other businesses. We make a genuine attempt to respond to customer queries in a timely fashion, but in this case we have failed, and for that I apologize. I assure you that nobody has been ignoring you or forgotten about you: we are simply focusing 100% on making sure everyone gets their items as soon as possible.

As you mentioned, you have received three of your items and we are committed to fulfilling all of your orders. You can also expect a response from our customer support personnel addressing your concerns in greater detail than I can provide here.
