I have over $200 worth of walmart gift cards I won and was ready to order online. They kept saying my card number was not valid.Over and over I tryed. Wrote to DD customer service.  Reply was. Sorry your walmart cards dont work.?? What?

Called walmart and talked to them. They wanted a couple card numbers to check this out. They told me that the cards had been sold but should only have 4  number for as PIN not 8 like are on all of mine.

He looked up penny auctions which said  they are not sold to them and also that only cards that are sold at  walmart store or  at walmart.com are any good.

Now Walmart is looking into this for me at corporate. When I hear from them I will write a rebuttle here and let you know what they say. I asked them to call me  not  email me.

I have finaly gotten all my items won, and other gift cards ,and the ones Iv used at  Target work.

Id like some consumer rebuttles  if possible

DealDash is Committed to Customers

AUTHOR: DealDash_Adam - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 10, 2013

I'm sorry to hear about this experience with your gift cards. DealDash ships out thousands of gift cards each day, and customers love these items so much that we can barely keep up with the demand!

However, customers do occasionally experience difficulties with these cards, and we routinely follow up on these issues with the respective vendors. In the event the gift cards cannot somehow be fixed remotely, replacements are issued to the customer.

Without details about your specific account, I can't comment on precisely what happened. However, I absolutely agree that you should have been provided with a detailed explanation about this procedure and taken care of. Now that the holiday rush has passed more energy will be focused on making sure that customers know we're committed to following up on these problems, and also making sure our valued customers are not only satisfied with their items, but thrilled with their entire DealDash experience. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I hope you enjoy your gift cards.

More on Dealdash.com, Walmart gift cards won.

AUTHOR: nancy - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 09, 2013

After finally finding out the gift cards I won could be use on line and directions on how to do it, which is not the normal way I sent a order in and got a conformation that it was filed, and now a email that the order had shipped

My friend said she would take me to a walmart to shop for house hold things I needed so we went and got a eletric shopping cart for me and off Iwent. When I got to the check out I handed the girl some of my gift cards to use and they went thru with no problem at the check out. I was so relieved

I wanted to follow thru on my complaint filed here that all was well

This was an experience that could have been avoided if DashDeal customer service would have done something to help me. I don't think I should have been on the phone and on line writing all overto get some help . I still have a bad taste in my mouth over people  involved at DashDeal just sluffing it off and blaming me for the cards not working though

YES she is very condescending and at times hurtful to unfortunate honest, paying

folks in order to gain a few bids (she gets compensated from DD). I am sorry

you are going through all this this. If you are still having problems post on

the dealdashripoff page at Facebook or go to dealdashripoff.com and post your

questions or issues. There are a lot of helpful people there that are not mean

and hurtful. They just want to see people get resolution to their problems.

I continue to work myself to find out about these gift cards.  Wrote to dashdeal and tryed to call the 2 phone numbers  all day again  with no  one answering .  It just rings

Then I went to dealdash review.com and asked the ladyBarbara there if she had any
suggetions and wrote in detail all I have done to try to use these gift cards on line working with  walmart and dealdash

I got a very hurtful message back with no real help just sayimg over and over how great dealdash was etc etc. She suggested that BestBuy was there vernder for the cards so I called Best Buy Corporate in Minnesta and got the vender office and they said  NO way did the sell Walmart gift cards to   dealdash.com

Again I tried to call dealdash   no answer and no answer since the first time I wrote to customer service and they said   sorry....

I called walmart again and got a person who said   can you pull up your order and Idid
he said put the card number in/  he saw it said the card number is not correct
He said what is in the scratch off place.    4 numbers the work pin and 4 numbers i sai

he said well the  first 4 numbers belong to your  card number  and the last 4 after
the word  pin   are your pin numbers it looks like!!!

why couldnt dealdash.com  or this   dealdash review on squidoo   tell me thawt
instead of writting back to me in a rude and very snotty way???

so people working for  dealdash in a review blog are  that bad?  they have to just justify the fact that deal dash would not send out bad cards and   that  my  explaination was vrery hard to undertand.  told me not to get so upset ??
