------ ATTENTION CONSUMERS CONSIDERING USING DEALER AUCTION ACCESS

Gianni Schiaffino, a Representative stopped by my office to advise me of setting up a dealer license to buy and sell cars. From my understanding, an Illinois Dealer has to have a facility that needs to be inspected and approved as a dealership in order to attain a dealer license. Gianni Schiaffino stated to me that through his company DEALER AUCTION ACCESS or the company he represented DEALER AUCTION ACCESS (not sure if he was an officer or not,) can give me a legitamite Indiana Dealer License. He stated that they would attain all corporate paper work and dealer license, associated with my own office based out of Indiana. Sounded enticing, so I was on board, and issued him a check for $1100.00 for this service. He stated once I get the dealer name approved they would send me the paperwork, and I would then need to acquire Indiana business insurance, and then they would call me down for an office inspection for approval. At that point, I would receive 4 dealer plates, and my corporate paperwork, tax ID and everything I need to be in that business. He stated once I have received the corporate paperwork, I can open an account and get my business insurance.  After one month of issuing that $1100.00 check, I noticed my bank was debited $300.00 for Indiana office rent. Gianni Schiaffino stated that this is normal, and they'd be debiting after the first month, and each additional month for office rent. I hesitantly acknowledged it, and still anticipated my paperwork. After the second month, I noticed another $300.00 debit. Now a bit concerned, I called Dealer Auction Access office in Chicago, and left 2 voicemails on Tuesday March 3rd. No return call, and I completely forgot about this until today June 3rd. They continued to debit 300.00 in April, and May and today June 3, 2010. So far 6 months have gone by and I have not received my corporate paperwork. I called up the office and left a voicemail. I then called Gianni and he called the office and asked that Carlos call me back. Carlos is the GM, and he called me back and stated "hey we have all your paperwork here, where should we send it to?" I admit, my response was in fury and I told him "Are you F____ing kidding me?" - I then used some colorful metaphors not targeted towards him, rather the situation, and demanded my money back. He stated he would not refund it and told me to go sue if I wanted to. He then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a secretary or some third rate receptionist who stated "you cant talk to the owner MAURICIO KIGLIES as he doesnt handle the day to day" I said look lady, I am giving him a chance to talk to me to resolve this, and I insist on speaking to him... Her words to me "F--K OFF" and she hung up on me. I call back again, and speak to another rep who finally transferred me to MAURICIO KIGLIES. This guy has the audacity to tell me "So you're the person calling me who is rude to my staff," - Again, I put him back in focus and stated I demand a refund for services not received. He started cursing at me and words went back and forth. He threatened me stating I have a lot of balls talking to him asking for a refund, and that I should come down to his office and say it to his face." LOL, again this guy Name MAURICIO KIGLIES is supposed to be the President of this organization. He then goes on to tell me his business is legitimate and he doesnt have to give me a refund because it is a civil matter. He then goes on to state he makes 10 times more than me though he has no clue of my achievements or pay rate. So I remain quiet until he fluffed his feathers and until he finshished his power trip of his short term achievements of scamming people. I then stated, Ok well I guess I will deal with the attorney general's office to escalate this and unfold more into his organization. He said, "You can't do that because this is a Civil Matter," which is exactly what people do as IT IS a civil matter for now. What an idiot. I was getting a head ache talking to this moron, I had to hang up. Any of you out there with similar experiences with DEALER AUCTION ACCESS, come forward to protect other potential victims.

Mr. Shankar never provided proof of Auto insurance/Bond due to a suspended license in the state of New York. This was Unbeknownst to the comany and is required by law to become an Auto dealer in any state. Second, had an open case for Fraud in the state of Florida for sub-leasing High end vehicles illegally.

Dealer Auction Access got me my license with no problems.

I don't know what this guy is talking about, he has to pay for the rent when he is waiting to get his license, that is what everyone does.
