I made a purchase from DealerCostCarAudio on 4-22-10. They informed me that some of the items were no longer available and the order was modified on 4-24-10. The order was for $1215.78.

Their site makes many false claims about how fast they ship and how important their integrity is. It is all smoke and mirrors. After several emails and non responses with direct questions blatantly ignored, evasive and deceitful language and false promises to ship, I was forced to cancel the order after 12 days.

The cancellation email said I would be immediately refunded but could take 3-7 days to credit back to my account. That was on May 4, 2010. After several emails and several responses that assured me that the refund had been " initiated ", my bank has not yet received the refund or any communication from DealerCostCarAudio.

Since the regretful day I made this purchase, I have read lierally several dozen complaints on resellerratings.com and the Better Business Bureau site where they receive an F rating. They have received over 700 complaints on that site in the past 3 years and many hundreds in not thousands more on other sites.

Today is June 11 and they sent me an email yesterday saying that for sure my account has been refunded. I called my bank and they have NOT received any communication from them at all.

I think I have to file criminal charges with the District Attorneys Office. At any rate, in spite of their many claims that I have been refunded, I have not. These crooks need to be shut down and jailed. My order was cancelled on May 4. Today is June 11. Enough is enough.
