I am currently a employer , with this company. I've stuck it thru with em for three months. Since then, I haven't been paid by them in three weeks. There is Criss, Don, John King, and Mike. All I have spoken to. Only time I am paid is when I threaten them to call my lawyer.
I need to work and these guys gave screwed me several times too much. Granted when I WAS PAID, I was paid quite well. I am still EAGER to know if this company is worth my time as I have not seen updates about them in two years. I've spoken to current and ex employees and have not heard anything. I would love people to email me and let me know. I'm very UPSET to see a company is able to do this and still be in business as well.

I am so happy to have found your rip off report. I too am an employee (or was) as I am missing pay for 3 weeks of work and they will not respond to my emails and I just called them again today and the number says it is not a working number. Your report prompted me to stop working, in case it was true that I was not going to get any more pay.

Anyone who is working with this company needs to know a few FACTS I discovered doing RESEARCH. If you call the DOL in Tampa, FL, they will advise you that they cannot offer to help you, as when you first sign on with the company,you sign a Independent Contractor. As for that, you cannot have DOL help you in insisting to get your pay for what is owed to you from this company. You are forced to sue the company through claims court.
Next I would love to let people out there who think this company is a good way to work from home, that they have other different ALIAS companies out there!! From Dealer Force, Outsourced BDC, to a few other alias names they have used. All the same, they are run by Angelique Hofacre, who is supposedly the CEO, and the President is Don Queen, who AKA John King. There is different phone numbers they go by, to different names and alias as well.
For anyone who works for this company, i highly urge to leave the company because they will NEVER pay you no matter how many hours or effort you put into the company. FBI is involved and they are aware what they are doing at this time.
