The report has my name in it as though I was an owner of the company or had something to do with how this company operated. I was not the owner, rather I was the retained corporate counsel and possible registered agent (which would have been one of the services that I provided as their attorney) and I have no recollection to this case or incident. I don't know why the reporter added my name to the report but it is incorrect and should be corrected immediately.
