Debra Lee Clark or Debbie Saladino is the founder, designer, and architect of "DC Design Group" and "Design Scanning International". When I hired Debbie to draft plans for our room addition she never delivered the plans. I gave her an advance/down payment for her plans.
After a couple weeks I contacted Debbie Clark for an update on the plans and she promised she would get it to me the following week. I still didn't receive the plans, so I contacted her again on a status update. This cycle went on for a while, but I had no success. I still haven't received the plans Debbie owes me and I haven't been able to reach her. I hope this post will help others stay away!
Debbie Clark or Debra Clark has scammed multiple people/organizations using her company alias DC Design Group. There is even a website created by someone who was scammed by Debbie Clark:
