I purchased a 16 channel security camera system (SN501-16CH-006) from this company for $1364.99
The salesholes were very happy to answer all my questions and assure me that their product was the best on the market.
I had to hire a company to install the miles of wires and had to build a hidden room to store the DVR in. It was a very expensive security system!

The mountings for these cameras are aluminum garbage and break if you try to tighten them so that the cameras don't move. Unfortunately the only workable solution ended up being JB Weld.

Now two years down the road, two of the cameras have stopped working and the company has discontinued the models that worked with that DVR. The new camera's plugs don't work with the system, and those miles of wires have to be replaced in order to connect the newer and twice as expensive cameras.

The company has removed all traces of their phone number from their website and I had to use a domains tool to find out the phone number. [continued below]....
..... They never answer the phone, and one must instead leave a message. They never return messages unless you lie and say you're interested in purchasing a system!

I've tracked down the owner of the company and sent him an email and will post a follow-up when and if one is forthcoming.

I filed the original report (this website needs a report because it's either impossible to add a follow-up or the directions to do so are very unclear!)
I wrote to the president of the company and told him I was filing this (original) report.
They sent me two new cameras (the kind they swore they no longer carried) and my system is up and running again.
I would still NEVER recommend these bozos to anyone I even remotely cared about!
