Defrancesco Acquisitions Scam, Rip Off, Liars Pennsauken New Jersey

Where Do I even start? I applied for a job which was Acct. Exec.(which is far from what I would actually be doing), A friendly girl called me in for a first interview after playing email tag for a week. I show up to a nice building dressed professionally as I was told to do so by the secretary, and when I get to the interview at 9am, there are six people waiting for an interview for the same time slot, Which I thought was odd, but I thought this must be a really great job, the secratary was really nice, she sat and talked with us about movies, music, and all kinds of stuff. I also noticed that everyone there was really young in there 20's, also the lobby was playing rap music. Which I thought was pretty strange, in that environment you would expect soft jazz if any music at all.

So, finally about 45 mins. later they call me into this back office, and a young man by the name of Dave proceeds to interview me. He asked me questions like, what motivates me?, Am I a people person?, things like that. Of course I give answers for all of about 5 minutes. Then he says " I can tell within 10 minutes of meeting someone if they are a people person and if they might do well in this buisness". He then pretended that he was not going to offer me a second interview. He then offered me a second interview to my surprise. He tells me to come back tommorrow at 9am and I would be out on an interview until 5pm. Which I have never experienced in my life, and interview that takes a whole day?( Why didnt I throw up the red flag right there, I'll never know).

So I came in the next day for the so called 2nd interview. Followed this guy around going door to door selling Verizon to businesses. I asked him questions about the benefits, the pay scale, everything.( because when I applied to this job I thought it was salary, thats what they lead you to believe, when you get into the car with your interviewer they hand you a paper saying that you make 35k per year at entry level) He wouldnt answer me, he said ask Dave if you qualify for a 3rd interview. He really wouldnt tell me anything, not even little things like how many hours a week does he work or anything. So at lunch time they begin to tell you about the buisness, and how you can become a manager and own your own compnay and all the bull.

I get back to the office at 5pm and then go and talk to Dave. Which once again he pretends that he is not going to offer me the job(which there really is no 3rd interview, its a lie) Then he offers me a job. Then I findout that the job is commission and all this crap. I start work the following week and I have to go out with this guy for a whole week to train and they dont pay you for it, all day from 9 to five, then on the first week I started in my territory alone(which is that even safe for a woman or a man to be going to all these places alone?) I bring in a lot of money for myself in commission, oh and then they tell me I have to be in for morning meetings that start at 830am and we dont go out into the field until about 945 and we come back at 615. to ring the bells, anytime you make over 100 bucks for yourself you have to stand in a circle and ring a bell and give everyone high fives while they blast this loud music in the room. Its like a circus! Then if you didnt get anything you feel like crap, ad beleive me that happens alot.

So anyway I did good my first week and got promoted to leadership in 1 week!! They I am told I have to come in at 730am and I dont get to leave until god knows when. I would have nights where we are having meetings and I dont het home until 10 or 11pm and then expected to be back at work by 730am and be all happy happy in the morning! Then Im suppose to start taking out interviews!! I really could just go on and on about this company!! Lets get to the good stuff!! The yelling!! Dave has the worst mouth of anyone I have ever worked for( you should see me imitate him, alot of my coworkers do) He would say this like: FU*K Callbacks they are BullSh*T!! Write that down just like that!

Whats a matter with you people a monkey could do your job!! OH I have so much money I paid for my brother to go to college and my sister thinks Iam a bank and He would go on and on using every cussword and vulgar thing you could think of!! After doing this job for 2 weeks without a paycheck I was told I could get an advance!! He wrote me a check for 100 bucks which I got the next day! And When I actually got a paycheck my 100 dollar deduction was taken out which I expected! But then everycheck that I got after had 100 taken out of it!!

Which I have yet to recieve that money back!! I doubt I will be getting it, since I recently heard that Defran got fired for not complying with verizon!! I worked there for about a month and I have tons of things to say and I know lots of people who could tell you many things about this job! 1 st of all its a scam!! they lie to you over and over with no remorse no feeling, nothing!! I don't know how Defran can sleep at night knowing how many people he has hurt with this scam!!!
