dejavueyes Scammed and Jipped , Internet

I asked where the contacts were and how long it took for them to send. When they replied back, they sounded unusually rude. Not very professional. 
They said it was backordered and my friend showed me on the receipt it said it was. By now it was mid November. A week after that email, my friend showed me it said the contacts were sent. The estimated date to arrive was November 27. It's shown me all the places it's "been."
So yesterday, December 14, I emailed them again saying I didn't get it, my school's good with their packages, and where is it? 
They said they had already sent it out AFTER I gave them a second address. It didn't make sense because I gave them that address While it was still backordered. I thought it was highly suspicious. I told my boyfriend about it. He looked up some information about their site, and told me it was a scam. 

There goes my 21$. It's not much, but being a student, I was on a budget. For anyone who reads this, please don't buy from their site unless you know you trust it.
