Dell E. Webb House Supervisors and Nurses on 4B Behavioral Health Unit - SOMETHING TO HIDE? Sun City West Arizona

EVER visit or have a short stay at BANNER DEL E WEBB Behavioral Health Unit, 4B?

I am the mama of a daughter who is an adult and a (has been) or (is) a patient at Banner Del E Webb Behavioral Health Unit 4 B

Currently they have tried and convicted me to be 'A RESTRICTED VISITOR' 

Why???? Because the nurses have said I was recording with my phone in the unit. IS THIS TRUE? Well, I guess that doesn't much matter, because they all say it is true and have restricted me from visiting............HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?

Well, my daughter has been there for over 20 days, I have visited her for 18 of those days every day! I sat and played Uno and colored with a group of very nice people, (patients), simply that.

Memorial Day arrived and the patients all had a special group that day. (a movie) and if you do not want to attend (group) you must go to your room. NOT a problem, my daughter went to go to her room. She picked up her belongings, like she had done for 23 days and headed to her room. THEY STOPPED HER, "where are you going?" Banard said, (a thec.) She responded, to my room. "You cannot take your belongings!!" Why my daugther responded, "They are not allowed in your room," Banard answered, My daughter said, "I have had them with me for 23 days, I want to speak to a supervisor!!" NO, go to your room.

My daughter asked to call me, Her mom. NO, go to your room. Well, they landed up taking away my daughters copeing skills and then aggrivated her into fight or flight mode, (where are you going to fly when you are an inpatient?) Well, she tried to run, but was tackled by 5 security gaurds, shot up with Halidole, and adivan, and tied to a bed in a "quite room".....I QUESTIONED, "Why was my daugter denied copeing skills, and a phone call to me.....????" I am still asking that simple question. NO ONE< can answer it. I asked it again yesterday....not one answer. However, I made the mistake of getting a phone call as I was signing out of my visit with her - and I answered the phone thinking it was Sean, the House Supervisor at Banner Dell Webb......his return call was expected all day....

well, it wasnt him but was my daughters dad, so I handed the call to her as I finished signing out for that visit. ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE, "YOU CANNOT BE ON THE CELL PHONE," shouted two nurses, therefore, I took the phone back  and that was it....I thought. NO - PROBLEM, but nooooo, Steve, THE big nurse, came out from behind the glass room and said, "Its time to GO!" What I said, Yes, I am signing out, by the way it is only 8:10 and visiting is until 8:30PM. He said, "NO you have to go now, you have broken the rules!!" "Rules?" I questioned, I didn't see any sign stating I cannot have a cell phone out. Blaa Blaa Blaa, that is all they hear, so I called HOUSE SUPERVISOR again, and left my complaint, YES, again, this is the second time this sort of thing has happend.

I have talked to several in that department and the more I talk to them the more animosity I sense. What is going on? What are they tring to hide?  I got a call today from Sean in the supervisor for the House Supervisors, and he stated I am a RESTRICTED visitor as per DR. Afhamalla == REallY? Whos that? Is he on the payroll? Oh, and why am I such a threat? They say I am attempting to record private information HIPPA. UM< no, I could care less about anyones private information, BUT WHAT I DO CARE FOR IS THAT NO PATIENTS ARE BULLIED. Tomorrow I call a lawyer!! My rights, (non-patient) of a stable and sound mind, have been violated. And my daughters rights have been violated, BY THE STAFF at Banner Dell E. Webb. Behavioral Health Unit 4 B
