In order to utilize the five year manufacturers warranty on the Delongi 12000BTU portable Air Conditioner i will have to pay approximately $175.00 in shipping from Arkansas to Tampa, Fla.  this cost is about half what I actually paid for the product.  

 I had had actually used the product less than one full summer.
