Delta Aircraft Finance Bob Spar Took a refundable $5,000 deposit to deliver a loan / did not deliver and refuses to send refund Parrish Florida

My office contacted Bob Spar with Delta Aircraft Finance in May 2011 about a loan for an airplane that we were purchasing.  Several different loan products were presented and my office wire a "refundable" $5,000 deposit to Delta Aircraft Finance in mid May 2011.  It became apparent that Delta Aircraft Finance was not going to come through with a loan product we selected by late May 2011.  We requested a refund of the deposit in Early June 2011.

We received several email assurances from Bob Spar from 6/10 to 6/21/11 that the refund was forthcoming.  By early July 2011 we referred the matter to our attorney since the refund had not arrived.  Bob Spar again told the attorney that a refund would be sent but again, it never came.  A lawsuit was filed and we have since received a default judgment against Delta Aircraft Finance.

This company and Bob Spar are "ripoff" artists and should not be in business.
