Denise Whitney 4/19/74 got her OPOTC from a company that never exixsted as a real business. She qualified under Lone Wolf K-9 which was a fake business ran by convicted felon Troy Lee Allen Austin who stole his deceased father's Credentials to scam departments across the US. She hired on with him in December 2012. Mr. Austin cannot get certified due to his criminal background so he took the information he sole from his father's company and used it to fake credentials for Denise Whitney so they could continue to scam departments with dogs that they pull from rescues and do no medical checks for soundness of the dog. They target small epartments wanting to start a K-9 program and give a cheap price to reel them in. They have ripped off Knox, PA, Hugo, OK, Pushamataha County, OK, Southwest regional PD in PA, East Bethelham, PA, Chattahoochee Hills PD in GA, Woodville, OH pd and Stryker, OH PD, Anderson, IN and Richmond, IN. She has been studying at University of Toledo for Landscaping and also runs Skillful Jill Services. She claims to have writtten her lesson plan and training manual but yet she has to hire as a partner and consultant Troy Lee Aklen Austin aka Lee Allen to actually teach her what she is suppose to already know. She presents him to organizations they try to infiltrate as the father of her son and they never tell anyone that he is a sex offender but they target youth groups for troubled teens. She has also taken Mr.Austin into her son's school and presented him as the father when he gets into trouble. She has allowed Mr. Austin to scream at and intimidate her son pretending he was a police officer and even allowed him to handcuff her son and take him out of her house. They have dressed him up in Navy BDUs and pretend to a group at Young Men and Women for Change that Mr.Austin was his dad while they pitched a narcotics detection plan for homes and schools. Giving this sexoffender more access to kids already facing prblems. Mr. Austin has taken patches he stole from and exemployee who was a former police officer and sewn them onto BDUs to wear around trying to impress people. He likes to conceal carry a blank gun because he is not allowed a real gun and will use it to intimidate people.
