I paid to attend a seminar. At the time that I registered for the 3 day seminar, there was no mention that I would possibly have to pay an additional $38,000+.

Mr Fabrizio was the seminar speaker and his entire pitch was geared to the audience paying and additional $38,000 plus to participate in their Real Estte program. He stressed the $38,000 option without mention of 2 other lower cost options.

On day 2 I asked a simple question about ROI that he refused to answer based on what he claimed to be legal restrictions while ALL during the seminar he threw out numbers as to how much you can mke with this program.

On day 3 when I stated that I had no intention of going forward with the $38,000 program, he got nasty and tried to speak down to me and finally just decided to have me escorted out of the seminar.

I was told that they would refund me my $1147, which I have not yet received.

As soon as I receive my credit card statement, I will fight the original charge because I did not get what I paid for and had been embarassed by being escorted out of the seminar. I was not roudy nor did I talk to people about why I was not planning on proceeding with his program.
