Beware of Denton Jewelers. I bought a ring that promised to be of VS quality and it turned out to be of SI quality (in this case, about a $30,000 switch). Since then, I have heard from many other people with similar stories. He refused to refund my money. Thank God I have the time and resources to incur heavy legal fees to protect my consumer rights. I suggest ignoring this merchant completely.

Read the article at Palisades Post website. This man is in court more often than Judge Judy.

His response is to question my masculinity? Are we in high school? What about the other 27 people that sued you? TWENTY SEVEN. Are they also not "men"?
A refund would be appreciated, as the janky diamond was returned to you. Thanks.

Mr. Charles Matthau the person that is complaining about the diamond he bought from Denton Jewelers has been on this rant for a little over a year now when he’s been turned down by 3 of his credit card companies to refund his money when he complained about the sale. The sale was legitimate from A to Z. I think he should think twice before accusing anyone of any wrong doing, especially when he is all over the Ripoff Report himself.
Give it up Charlie and be a man, come in to my store to work it out like most legitimate people will do. But something tells me that you won't.
