Department Of Family and Children Services Didnt get my foodstamps even after bringing documentation in when told too Atlanta Georgia

I went in my local dhs department.I was told their was a glitch in their system.I ask what can I do they said nothing.When I went home I thought something was unusual about the whole situation so I went back in they told me to call their 1-800 number so I did I was on the phone about 3 hours.I finally got a hold of someone I said I am wondering why my foodstamps is not sent to me they said the need proof of my fiancees seperation notice from work.I ask the lady "Regina" I said is that all I need to bring in she told me yes it is and medicall expense saying you have bills that need to be payed for.

She told me the seperation notice is important but the medical expense they can do withoutjust bring in the seperation notice.I was told how long would I get my stamps in they said 24-48 hours I waited went back up to the local dhs and asked can I check on the status of my foodstamps.I was then told it was another glitch in their system.My family is starving due to their actions I think its unfair.Who do I turn to for this legal matter.Who can help?I think this is abuse they are starving me someone please help.
