Department of Financial Investigation Offiicer Richard Martin Extremely rude brooklyn, New York

I recieved a voicemail today sounding very important, but i had to listen to it 4 times to understand what he said. He stated his name was Officer Richard Martin. So when I called back he stated that the call was being recorded and that I am being charged with 3 federal charges for a loan that I never recieved. He also gave me my house address, my last for of my ssn, and the name of my nonprofit company. So when I started to ask questions he hung up on me. So i called back and stated that I was asking questions he said that he will file with the court house and i will need to contact my lawyers. I looked up the number and saw it is a scam. So i went to my local police and complained. Then I called them back and stated that I have  a police report he told me the i like to take it up my butt.( he used vulgar langue at me)
