i am writing this report as like the others, was called today by foreign speaking gentleman in regards to wanting to know my attorney information. he tried to explain that i was being sued by some online payday loan company and wanted to know my attorney information. i explained to him that i know nothing about a lawsuit and he gave me another number to call a michael carter about this because he was only a paralegal and could not discuss in detail. so i called the number 213-261-5794 and some lady named michelle brown told me that there would be a local sheriff come to my job and arrest me today by 4pm. and wanted to know why i had not paid this off and if i was ready to go to jail. then she proceeded to tell me to contact my local police department in regards to my warrant for my arrest. i called them nothing legal was under my name or social security number. so i called back the number and of course went straight to voicemail continued to call finally another foreign speaking man answer and wanted to get smart with me. i told him that he might want to advise the staff to stop lying to people about warrants and police coming to their jobs. he stated that i would be served by my local sheriff office with the lawsuit paperwork. i told him to do whatever they thought was necessary and hung up.

I to was contacted. Someone named Justin Johnson called my employer. I had my wife call the number..213-261-5794. Mailbox full...When she finally got a hold of an Indian accent woman she said I would be arrested within 2 hours. When my wife explained I didn't have a payday loan online she hung up. We've only been able to get a hold of someone one other time and she also hung up when confronted. I filed a report with the FTC also. Seems there has been previous complaints on these people.
