Dermanique or juveliere Deceptive sales practices Springville Utah

I ordered a sample of a cosmetic product called Juveliere Gold Infusion Face serum for agreeing to pay the shipment fee of $4.95. I took the plastic box it came in off so I could fit it in my bathroom cabinet.

Pretty soon after that I saw a charge on my credit card for $97.93 

I called and spoke with a rep that was relenting in her pitch about the fact that I agreed to their terms and conditions (unbeknownst to me) which are (from their website):

Purchasing Products

By placing my order, I agree to the Terms of Offer, which state you must pay $4.95 for us to send you a full 30 day supply of Juveliere Gold Infusion. We ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). You will have 14 days from the time you receive your order in the mail to see if Juveliere Gold Infusion is right for you. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call us at 844-607-2488 and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing and we will bill you $97.88 for your initial order, and every thirty days thereafter we will send you a new 30-day supply of our product, and automatically bill you the low price of $97.88. To cancel your subscription and automatic billing, call us at 844-607-2488.

Well I was furious because I did not knowingly agree to this and I pay attention to these kinds of messages b/c I order lots of products online and I know there are many companies who try and trick people into buying their products through these methods. I haggled with her for awhile then demanded to speak to a manager who FINALLY ended up giving me a 50% credit. But they still got $45 or so of my money. 

I just wanted to be among those who voice protest at businesses who practice unethically like this so it doesn't happen to them.
