06/02/2014: Design Audio Video agreed to sell a pair of Dynaudio Confidence C4 Loudspeakers, Cary CAD 120S MKII Amplifier, and Cary SLP 05 Preamplifier for the amount of $13,000 less shipping(Proof of the deal is available in writing). A bank wire, in full, was transferred on the same day. I inquired on 06/04/2014 regarding shipment and did not receive any indication that the product was shipped; it appears that David Baskin(The owner of the company) has no intention of shipping the product and it is clear that defrauded me of $13,000. A civil court's claim is currently being filed; I warn all to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.
