Hired Diamond Pools to install inground pool. called company to qustions problem with pool. we were treated with disrespect, pool company yelling, cursing at us. they were verbally abusive, the pool company told us to never call store again, even though they were paid in full per contract agreement. And work is still not completed , they have not fixed the problems. they do not return phone calls. they do not guarentee their work/equiptment.
during construction of pool they moved our airconditioning unit left it tilted and created problems with the unit.they broke sprinkler system, they left 8"of fill dirt when contract said 0 to be left. caused grading issues. had to pay for landscaper to fix grade.
purchased waterfall from pool company for pool, waterfall pours water onto deck concrete of pool. pool company said they will not fix it, they said it's not their problem even though we paid pool company for waterfall and installation.
the only thing this company is good for is taking your money.they have poor service and poor business. we are left with problems not fixed because they refuse to come and fix them.

No consumer fraud was ever reported or proven. You the customer were supposed to provide access for us to get into your yard. The fact that we had to move your air conditioner was because you failed to be prepared for us to do our job. We did alot of extra work for FREE!
