I tried contacting the Verizon Wireless Retailer (diamond wireless) in Houston Texas and in no way was I able to get a simple pick up of a phone call from any of the kiosk provided here in Houston, and it was only 7:30 pm on a Saturday. Personally, I will not be doing any business with Diamond Wireless and suggest others to be truly skeptical before considering doing business with this retailer.
