Diana Hefley Prejudiced Reporter Outs Transsexual In Public Act of Hatred and Intolerance Everett Washington

Back in 2010 I was under trial for growing marijuana in Washington state.  I was approchaed by a court reporter by the name of Diana Hefley who was very interested in my case and wanted to interview me for a story she was writing for the Everett Herald Newspaper.  I told her I would grant her an interview after the trial was over, and she seemed very pleased. 

The first day of 3 days began in court with Diana Hefley sitting in the back of the room.  The trial was on the manufacturing of Marijuana against a known and verified medical marijuana patient (state legal).  The prosecution had already released two suspects they caught red-handed selling pot to their CI, and given them both full immunity in an attempts to get me.  This is because they had absolutely zero physical evidence that I had committed any crime, and the only evidence they had was that I was legally allowed to grow marijuana. 

Despite my legal name being Cammie Mckenzie at the time the court case was filed (and had been that name for more than 1 year prior), the prosecutor (Matthew Baldock) decided to go against state law and file the case in my former name.  Why you ask?  To ensure that prejuduice would ensue against me in the courtroom and hopefully sway the case to his side.  Matthew Baldock knew I was a transsexual and that my court records were sealed, so he did everything in his power to expose my gender identity to the world.  And with the help of Diana Hefley, he did just that!

By the third day of the trial, Diana Hefley had already outed my publicly online as a transsexual - something that had absolutely nothing to do with the court case.  She took it upon herself to make sure my privacy and sealed court records were exposed to the world in the most heinous of manners.  Her decisions to add the transsexual factor to her story is evidence of her intolerance, hate and prejudice towards the LGBT community.  She chose to out me, when the case was entirely about medical marijuana and the state prosecuting a legal patient. 

Since Diana Hefley publicly outed me online, our company has lost over $1,000,000 in sales from her defaming me personally.  Immediately thereafter "Fraud" and "Scammer" reports began surfacing on the web, stating I abandoned my children, was running from the police, had changed my gender to try and get away from the law, etc... etc...  All because I wasn't openly a transsexual.  Why you ask?  Because of the prejudice and hatred that could be directed at me if everyone knew.  But thank you Diana Hefley for making it your job to spread hate around the internet.  To damage my company, my personal reputation, and my life.  People like you should be locked away for your hate crimes, not hired to spread more of it.  You are a despicable person Diana Hefley.  I only hope the same hatred will follow you the rest of your days so you can feel just a tiny bit of what you have done to me.  But hey at least you got your 2 seconds of fame from outing me right?
