Diane Parenteau Behind the Image Cashed my check, but failed to provide photos Jericho Vermont

I paid for school photos, but did not receive them.  After a month (in which I had already paid) I received a notice that I owed $15 in late fees.  The check was written a month earlier but did not clear at the time I received the note from her.  I emailed her and asked her not to cash the check and that I would try again next year as I was not going to pay for a late fee for something that I had paid for a month earlier.  A week after asking her not to cash the check, she deposited it and as far as I'm concerned stole the money because she, 1. cashed the check after I asked her not to, and 2.  failed to provide the photos.  I would not recommend her for anything and I will let the school know she cannot photograph my child in any situation.
