following my quiting dinger trucking, my final pay check was short 1000 dollars. the final load , as claimed by mr dinger, was, 2349 dollars for 2109 miles of hauling bees. theres no one who ever hauls bees for 1.10 a mile. though i had a 400 cash advance, the total ofthat load should have been around, 1600.oo to me as a driver, less the 400.oo and the 249.oo he paid me for hauling that load. hence, 649,oo against the 1600,oo that load should have paid me,   with all this, ive redone my quotes, and found that ive been skimmed off the 3 months i worked for him.the object i believe of his deciet, the repairs needed on a over the road truck, for safe operation, and his need to get his money back. the reason why, he had my truck for one week a month earlier, he did nothing to fix a brake problem on the trailer. and only when the brake shoes had distroyed the drum, and related parts, enough was enough. fix it, or i fly home. the bill of 1320 was tough, but he had a chance to fix this and other problems at home, and dismissed my concernes over his. i have 35 years working and driving trucks...  i also have held a certified truck inspection certificate, when working in the truck repair shops. his son dustin hired me with a pay plan of 25 percent of the load, to the truck, less fuel surcharge, agreed, and hired.  his dad, ken obviously didnt like this, and found ways to get his money back, hense, he hires for .34  ents a mile, only loaded miles, the drive can not make a living with those wages.  seems like dustin can not make a decision on hiring, without ken his dad, giving his o.k. upon quiting, dustin said, to me, he hired back the driver, a native american, who drove this truck prior to myself, and in a lothing tone, said he hired him back for .30 cents a mile for quiting him.  that is just a slap in that mans face, and shows the diliberate disregard thease people have for thier drivers.
