I made a purchase for a rush delivery. When the day for delivery came I received m message apologizing for the delay and they gave me fifty cents worth of dino credits in return. I spent three to four dollars in rush delivery and they felt fifty cents in store credit, for a business I’ll never buy from again. I tried speaking to a rep. Yes, I finally ended the chat. I found their address and contact number through Google. Apparently they have a manager, Kelly Miller, who I can’t get in contact with. I didn’t make this purchase with paypal, but I figured paypal can help me track them. Paypal claims if they had members who were ripped off by dino direct, they would have opend cases and filed for prosecution. I have tried making contacting with another person on ripoff report.com who has paid through paypal so that we might both help each other in the prosecution of dino direct or the cancellation of their site. Any information will help me. Thank you. OH YEAH…. I still haven’t received my product from dino direct.
