I just purchased a Shiatsu neck pillow massager from this company.  What I received is a very cheap small pillow stuffed with a hardish lumpy material.  It was shipped as "Electronics". 

This is not a Shiatsu massager (I have several Shiatsu massagers) and is not an electrical device.  The pillow is worth maybe $4.00, and I was charged 18.00 for it.  Dino will not give a return address so I can return it, nor will they give me a refund (tried through Paypal).

Beware of this Company.  They refuse to give refunds or even answer correspondence.
