dinodirect.com they ruined my wedding day,i dont have a wedding gown now Internet

i found dinodirect.com when searching for a wedding gown,i am on a strict budget and thought i was getting a good deal, i ordered and paid the extra insurance for return..i talked to these people at length about how the dress would look,they guaranteed me it would look exactly like the picture...it does not,the sash is in the wrong place,the lace up piece is frayed at the end,the straps are too long,the ruching is coming apart,it is missing the brooch from the side,there is extra material hanging at the bottom so it looks like crap and it isnt a custom piece,i never gave them my measurements,i gave them a general size and they are refusing to refund my money and return the dress or even exchange the dress...my wedding day is ruined and i dont have a dress to wear because i now have no dress and the wedding is weeks away!!!
