We purchased a voucher for airline tickets to be used by anyone at anytime until October 31, 2012. This is a scam as the airline doesn't even fly until that date. They fly through April,2012.
We tried to use these tickets in November and the flights were always booked. (We called 2 months ahead of time) We've tried to purchase flights in March and April and always got the same result. No flights.
This airlines has sold these tickets knowing full well that there will be no seats available. There is no way of getting any satisfaction or recourse from any of their staff.
Mr. Dunn of the Chicago/rfd airport located in Rockford, IL. should take note of the scams Direct Air is using against the citizens of this area and take action to see that this rip off stops now!!
Direct Air should be turned into the Better Business Bureau which I intend to do!!
