This company, Direct Buy Club, called me and stated that I'm a winner of a 7inch Flytouch Android Tablet Computer and all I have to do is show up, go through a 90 minute presentation and check the box that states my wife and I make a combined annual income of no less than 50k , even if we do not, and I will get my new Flytouch Android Tablet Computer thats worth $399. No purchase necessary!

My wife and I both are supposed to bring 2 forms of identifications,a drivers lisence, and a visa or check book to verify our identities.

The Telemarketers Name was Sheila Heart and then I was transfered to another person Named Allison to confirm that I'm a winner as long as I check the box that I have an income of no less than 50k.

When they tell me to lie to get something for free, they are a Very Dishonest Company and I want nothing from them. I hope someone sues them and maybe I can then get whats coming to me! They gave me a source code of MDI-LTM and that was supposed to confirm my new Android. This Company/employees lie and want me to lie. This is not good business!

This Telemarketer asked for my cell phone number which I did not give to them and asked for my email which I did give to them.

This took place on 9-11-2013 at approximately 3:00pm and I'm writing this at approximately 4:35pm after I found several complaints about this company!

I have noticed that whomever is making these statements against my complaint is not in anyway an Honest or Trustworthy person! I made the complaint regarding this situation; again, your lying and can't tell the truth. Maybe it's because your so used to lying you don't know how to tell the truth anymore!
I dont care if the company is legit or not, I'm complaining about the customer service personal/telemarketers, that called me and asked me to come in and lie about my earnings and bring I.D., and if I sit throught this meeting for 90 minutes I will reiceive this free item. Bribing, hoax, whatever you wanna call it, it's lying in my eyes and I refuse to do it and this company should be discredited because of it!

This lady can't even spell the word liar.

You should really go back to school & learn how to spell or try getting a better job so that you will qualify for certain incentives in the future.

Then you wouldn't be writing these ridiculous reports in the 1st place.

You have yourself a very profitable day!!!

More complaints or just more lying?

I'm the one who reported this company because this company Direct Buy has some shady people, telemarketers, employees, whatever you want to call them. I didn't say the company is bad or the service not legit, I said they asked me to lie!!! The only ones who can argue this statement with me are the two ladies that I mentioned in my first report. If you wasn't the one who talked with me on the phone then you can not say what you think is true. Don't try to defend a lier and make yourself out to be another lier! I reported this company because they asked me to lie. I didn't report them because I don't think  they're a legitimate business. They are rip off proffessionals and a lot of people know that they run their business by making money off the rich who dont care.

I have a friend from the same town I live in, that was called by the same company (I don't know if it was the exact same telemarketers) and they asked him to lie about his income. So this is not just me that they told to lie about our income. That persons who rebuted my report is obviously an employee or customer support for the company. Of course you will say what ever you can to defend the company and your job!

Needless to say, I'm not going to argue or try to defend myself against more liers and scam artists. I have nothing to gain or lose by telling the truth. But you and your company, jobs and reputations, are all on the lines because of your shady business! This whole report from me was based on my truth, first impressions of the company/telemarketers and how I feel about asking me to lie to benefit you. I won't lie to benefit me! Try being honest with yourselves first, then with your customers!

Good luck and God bless.

P.S. Next time you want to ask a person to lie, make sure they're not a Christian!

Rebuttal to the false allegations

First of all we wanted to thank everyone reading this as it shows you are an educated consumer doing your due

diligence & research on a company. Alot of times when communicating with customers via telemarketing

conversations are misconstrued & misinterpreted. We never in no way shape or form mention to customers that

they have won anything. Our promotion are gifts in exchange for 90 minutes of their time with no obligation to

buy, join or sign anything.

Furthermore, we would never tell a customer to lie about anything, especially their income. This was simply a

disgruntled consumer that we contacted & was under the income bracket qualifications so as retaliation for not

qualifying & not being able to receive her gift she decided to write this report against us.

Again, we thank you reading this report & have a great day!!
